3D View Create Point/Text Features

With Digitizer Mode active in the 3D View window, the right click sub-menu Create Point/Text Features will contain the following option(s):

POINT/TEXT - Create New Point/ Text Feature

POINT AT POS - Create New Point/Text Feature At Specified Position
