With an Area Feature selected in the 3D View window, the below Area/Polygon feature creation options are available from the right click sub-menu Create Area/Polygon Features:

AREA-Create New Area Feature

Create Coverage Area (Concave Hull) for Selected/Loaded Features

BUFFER - Create Buffers Around Selected Feature(s)

Create Line Features

LINE- Create New Line Feature (Vertex Mode)

Create Line Features From Selected Area Features
