set_InnerGeodetic Method

Description

The set_InnerGeodetic method sets the GeodeticCoordSys from which this StringCoordSys is constructed.  The HorizontalDatum used by this StringCoordSys is synchronized with the HorizontalDatum used by the InnerGeodetic system and by the StringPointTranslator.  Changing any one of these will cause the others to be changed in the same way.
