Description
The CreateFittedCoordSys constructor creates a new instance of the FittedCoordSys class. This constructor takes no arguments and produces a FittedCoordSys that is not ready to use. The BaseCoordSys must be set, and the MathTransforms used for TransformAhead and TransformBack need to be set up.
