Description
The CreateHorizontalDatum constructor creates a new instance of the HorizontalDatum class. The initial value of the Ellipsoid property is an Ellipsoid with a 1-meter SemiMajor radius, and the initial value of the PrimeMeridian property is the Greenwich meridian.
