CreateDatumTransform Constructor

Description

The CreateDatumTransform constructor creates a new instance of the DatumTransform class.  It requires a single argument, which gives the type of datum shift that will be represented by this object. The Parameters property must be populated with the appropriate parameters before the Transform can be used.  For a description of the parameters needed by each type of Transform, click on the link in the description column on the ClassType Enumeration page.
