Enable Early Bound CRS

Early Bound Coordinate Reference Systems are not enabled by default. To enable support for Early Bound CRS objects in the Projected and Geodetic Coordinate Systems: 

1. Go to Options>Administrative Settings and click onto the Filtering tab.

    

2. Check the option to Enable Early Bound CRS.
