New Features and Enhancements

1. • Added functionality for tracking changes to the datasource in a log file for auditing purposes.
   • Moved display information used to categorize and browse through the datasource into a view file, so that objects can be hidden, moved and given alternate display names without altering the base datasource itself.
   • Dialog enhancements (usable column, lock column, configurable columns, shortcuts, goto)
   • Added support for Custom MRE and Madrid to ED50 Polynomial Datum Shifts.
   • Added support for Hyperbolic Cassini-Soldner, Guam, and Gall-Peters projections.
   • The updated XML Datasource now has a full match to the EPSG database version 6.18.
