Area Feature(s) Containing Point(s)

The Select Area Features Containing the Selected Points tool selects area features that contain the originally selected lidar and/or vector point features.

To use this tool: Select the point features, then access the tool from either location:
- Right-click with the Digitizer, or open the Digitizer menu, and go to the Advanced Selection Options sub-menu.
- Open the Digitizer Toolset, choose this option from the Advanced Selection Options dropdown menu, and click Select.

Once activated, the area features that contain the points will become selected by the Digitizer Tool. The points used to define the features for selection will remain selected after the operation is complete.
