Selecting this option will allow you to specify the selected point or vertex location using projected, angular or Military Grid Reference System Coordinates.

Set Position of Selected Vertices can be found in the Move/ Reshape Feature(s) sub-menu found in the Digitizer menu. In the digitizer context menu, when only point features are selected this may also be labeled as Set Point Feature Position under the Move/ Reshape Feature(s) sub-menu .

The bounding coordinates of the feature in the current projection/ coordinate system will be displayed at the bottom of the dialog that appears to help  calculate an appropriate shift/ offset distance.

Restore Original Position of the Point

Point features that have been moved can be reset to the original position. Select the point feature with the Digitizer tool and right-click to the Move/Reshape context menu to choose this option.
